Capacity:

Our facilities can accommodate up to 90 people for an indoor event and up to 150 for an indoor/outdoor event utilizing the gardens. Seating for a ceremony of 150 people will be in the gardens however the reception can be held both indoors and out.

Facilities Include:

Rental of our house includes full use of the indoor facility and the surrounding gardens. The indoor facility includes a main ballroom with two attached rooms, a full kitchen, two restrooms (one handicapped accessible) and a bridal dressing suite with full bathroom attached. The outdoor gardens are well-maintained year round and include a gazebo, wooden archway, brick pathways and dozens of beautiful flowers, plants and trees.

Catering:

Currently we have no restrictions on catering, you are allowed to self-cater, use a caterer of your choice, or we can recommend one. We have established a list of preferred caterers, all of whom can provide high quality products and excellent service with a great variety of menus and budgets. They can maximize the benefit of your catering budget because they are experienced in the use of the Victorian Manor. We greatly encourage their use and will provide you with contact names and numbers.

If you wish to use an outside caterer, we must receive from them a copy of their business license and a certificate of insurance prior to your event. They are welcome to schedule a kitchen orientation and tour of the facility if they would like.

If you wish to self-cater the kitchen may be used for warming and serving only, not for cooking or preparing food. We do have a commercial refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave to be used for these purposes.

Alcohol:

We do not have a liquor license and cannot provide or serve alcohol. You are however welcome to bring your own beer, white or blush wine or champagne. Renters may not serve themselves and must hire a licensed bartender from our preferred bartenders list.  The renter must also obtain a Banquet Permit from any Washington State Liquor Store.

Reservations:

In order to reserve a date for your special day we will require a signed rental agreement and 50% of the rental fee as a deposit. The deposit may be paid in the form of cash, check or charge. The balance of the rental fee will be due 60 days in advance of your event date.

Damage Deposit:

There is a refundable damage deposit of $300.00 which is due 30 days in advance of your event date. This deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you within 14 days of your event providing there is no damage, extensive cleanup or charges for extra time.

Rental Times:

Sunday-Saturday 8 hour time period of your choice between the hours of 8:00 AM and midnight. Also available by the hour with a 3 hour minimum.

All rental times must include setup and cleanup. Additionally, the rental times apply to everyone involved including caterers, florists, photographers etc. If you would like more time additional hours can be added if arranged in advance.

*We can also arrange to rent by the hour if eight hours is not needed.

Rehearsal:

A one-hour rehearsal is included in the price of an eight-hour wedding rental.

Tours and Open House:

Tours are available during our Open House every Wednesday night from 6:30PM - 8:30PM or by appointment. There will also be a number of area vendors on-hand to answer questions about their services at the open house.
